Please note that our pricing is based on the size of the dedicated laundry bag, not the weight of the laundry.

Since you will not have a dedicated laundry bag for your first use, please place your laundry in a bag or container of your own.

We will return it to you in the dedicated laundry bag upon delivery.
For your second and subsequent uses, please place your laundry in the dedicated laundry bag.

Will my laundry be returned before
I leave the country?
We typically return it within 2-4 days of pickup.
Delivery on your hotel checkout day may be difficult to schedule for your preferred time.
If you’re concerned, feel free to contact us via chat.
How much fits in one bag?
The L-size bag can hold approximately 70L and 16kg.
The M-size bag can hold up to approximately 35L and 8kg.
This is roughly equivalent to 2–3 days’ worth of travel clothes.
The S-size bag can hold approximately 20L and 5kg.
Is it okay if I'm not at the hotel
when the bag is picked up?
Of course. We can arrange for pickup and drop-off at your hotel front desk,
so there’s no need to hand it over in person.
Since you’re here on vacation, please prioritize your sightseeing time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We only accept credit card payments.
Are there items you cannot wash? /
What about delicate clothes?
We wash and dry with water and heat, so we cannot accept wool, silk, leather,
or items that may shrink, fade, or bleed. Please note we are not liable for shrinkage,
color transfer, damage, or loss.
